Camping option...learn new skills and get back to basics.

Would you like to have your students camp out in a tent? Using 9 person tents, students sleep in groups of 6 to ensure comfort or use 3 person tents and have 2 or 3 per tent. Air mattresses are also provided for each student. Stretcher beds are provided for the teachers.

Our main camping program operates at Moogerah dam where the students camp out in a private location not far from the cabins. They set up a camp base with some modern comforts such as a marquee, bbq, lights, portaloos, etc and cook their main meals in groups of 3 using trangias.

However, there is also an to camp at Alex Park which has beautiful rainforest camp setting. Groups have the flexibility to combine the camping experience with a cabin accommodation option too.

The camping program is particularly useful for large groups at Moogerah Dam and for those groups wishing to extend their stay at Alex Park when the cabins are already booked or to add something different to their experience staying there.
