Sports Tuition reports that bass have been taking the SureCatch SuperBass surface popper early morning. Some great bass have been caught in the far upper reaches, working the points. However, the majority of bass and yellowbelly are still being caught around Ian's Island and along the steep rocky bank of Roy's Run. Bass have also been caught trolling purple spinner baits. Bass are currently suspended at a depth of around 8-10m and jigging small blades has also produced bass.
